New bridge date
23 May 12 | NEARLY 18 months after the January floods, Molesworth Street Bridge is still closed to traffic causing frustration among some local residents. The slow progress keeping the major link between the east and west sides of town closed has been blamed on mechanical breakdowns. Her own mum, Dorothy Bancroft has seven children, 19 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren – and loves to read!
