The show provided outstanding exhibits, events and attracted a huge crowd who appreciated all the hard work done by the show committee.
The equestrian supreme champion hack was Catwalk Secrets with Libby Want of Alstonville, and supreme champion lead was Becham with Leanne Bordin.
Many equestrian events and the show jumping enthralled the crowds. Horse sports and novelty events including flag races, bending races, barrel races, sword races and more appealled to the younger pony club contestants.
Supreme champion beef exhibit and supreme animal of the show was Little Valley Lawman bull, of the Little Valley Braford Stud, Stratheden run by Doug Bennett, a credit to his skills at presentation.
Fashions at the show added flair to the event with age group winners being Christine Reid and Joyce Marsh. A whip cracking demonstration by Nathan Griggs of Nymboida was a novel and new attraction.
The ute show appealed to the rev-heads. Stalls, food and refreshments were available all day and much socialising took place.
In the pavilion the most outstanding juvenile exhibit, best exhibit in section and most outstanding open exhibit were entered by Tonelle Williams, Lesha Hickling and Chontal Close along with other project members all from the Woodenbong Central School.
Large numbers of exhibits with examples of needlework, handicrafts, cooking, artworks, photography, plants, vegetables, and much more all made for a wonderful display.
Mrs Martin thanked all her fellow committee members and the very willing band of volunteers who contributed to the overall success of the show.
