Paul John Cramp remains behind bars after he was arrested in a sting on his Jennings home on February 18.
The Director of Public Prosecutions has taken over the case and will now prepare a detailed brief of evidence against the 35-year-old.
He's now facing charges of manufacturing drugs and exposing children, manufacturing a prohibited drug, three counts of possessing a prohibited drug and cultivating a prohibited plant.
Detectives backed local officers when they raided the Gladstone St home in the tiny village after a short investigation.
Cramp was arrested at the scene and police will allege he was manufacturing drugs and also exposing it to children in the home.
Amphetamines, cannabis, drug equipment and glassware were discovered in the search.
Police maintain it was a sophisticated set up with specialised forensic and scientific officers called in from Sydney to dismantle the lab.
Magistrate Karen Stafford has ordered a brief of evidence with the case to return to court in June.
"I make a fast track order in relation to the analysis of the drugs," she told the court.
Cramp made no application for bail.
