The pair was travell-ing south to Tenterfield when they crashed five kilometres north of town on Wednesday, last week, shortly before midday. A 65-year-old driver and her 30-year-old passenger veered their silver Hyundai off the highway colliding with trees and rocks before rolling down an embankment.
NSW Police Media said the pair was trapped in the vehicle for a period before emergency serv-ices responded to the scene. They were trans-ported to Prince Albert Memorial Hospital suffering from minor injuries and were later released.
