The individual, who can’t be named, pleaded guilty to committing an act of indecency upon a person under 16 and was released on strict bail.
The 68-year-old was arrested last Wednesday after police were notified of his alleged behaviour.

He was refused bail and appeared at Ballina Local Court last Thursday where he was granted firm conditional bail.
The conditions of his bail are he must reside at an Urbenville residence.
The man is not to go near or contact, except through a legal representative, the alleged victims or any prosecution witness.
He’s also been ordered to remain in the confines of his home unless accompanied by his wife or another responsible adult.
