The club held their annual general meeting on Thursday with Minns backed into the role for another year.
Karen Cooper will serve as secretary, Debbie Minns as treasurer and Jake Kelly will act as the clubs vice president.
Minns said he was thrilled to have the clubs backing and welcomed the inclusion of close to 30 new members.
“The people that showed up are keen to get involved and for the right reasons I think,” he said.
A decision over coaching roles will be made later in the year with another club meeting planned to discuss coaching options.
Minns said he’d be keen to remain in his role of A-grade coach but welcomed applications for other interested individuals.
“It’s up to the committee and the members to make a decision as to who will lead the Tigers in 2016. I’ll definitely throw my hat in the ring though.
“It was great to see so much support from the members and community at the meeting,” he said.
Minns first job as returned president will be to attend a Border Rugby League meeting this weekend.
The clubs will meet to discuss the 2016 season as well as potential new inclusions into the competition.
There are a few murmurs that Texas and Inglewood are eager to participate next season and Millmerran could look to be included after they won the C-grade competition in the Toowoomba Rugby League this year.
Stanthorpe are likely to remain in the competition despite persistent rumours that they’ll shift to the TRL.
Minns said the 2016 season was shaping up to be a good year.
Next on the agenda for the Tigers is a club fundraising golf day on Saturday, November 28.
Supporters, players and community members are encouraged to express an interest in participating on the day.
