This is a quick, but healthy meal option - for lunch or dinner.
Bryan Singh’s barbecue salmon
- 1 salmon fillet (either individual portions or a whole side of salmon for a group)
- ¼ cup (approx) fresh basil
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp low-salt soy sauce
Method
►An hour before cooking the salmon on the barbecue finely shred fresh basil, top with the sweet chilli and soy sauces and warm.
►Pour the mix over the salmon once it’s cooked.
