H&R Block franchise director Shannon Page praised franchise owner Kylie Roos and her team at both Tenterfield and Glen Innes for their “consistent client service, skilled and helpful staff, active role in their local community and commitment to servicing the tax and business services needs of individuals and businesses in the region.”
Welcoming the award, Mrs Roos noted the benefits of her office being locally owned and nationally supported.
“It means that we are able to offer our customers the friendly, helpful service they expect, backed up by the strength of H&R Block’s national commitment to excellence,” she said.
She considered the award a vote of confidence in H&R Block’s commitment to the region.
“We won this award against tough competition from across Australia. As we enter the 2016 tax return season we’ll be displaying our award proudly and looking to boost our level of customer service even more so that we can win again next year.”
