The interest in the sport continues to grow and the local event proved that with organisers inundated with entries prior to the competition’s start.
"We were overwhelmed this year because there were that many entries we had to send over 100 back because that was all we could take,” Tenterfield Campdraft Association’s secretary Robyn Ford said.
"We only had enough cattle to run that many entries.
"It was a good weekend, I think everyone enjoyed themselves.”
Across seven categories, plenty of the region’s riders featured in the finals.
Outside of the arena, there were plenty of activities on offer for adults and kids alike.
There was a rider’s draw on Saturday night where 20 riders won prizes donated from local produce stores through a raffle.
