The Short Fuses are the team to beat after a win over the XI Ducks on Wednesday night. The XI Ducks were no match for the competition leaders ending up all out in the 17th over for 58.

The Short Fuses secured victory in eight overs making 3/61. Daniel Puglisi made 29 before backing up with two catches. Scott Bates and Matt Ware were the stand-out bowlers managing 2/4 and 2/3 respectively.
Thursday night saw the Telegraph Slammers take on the KLAS Bouncers. The Bouncers batted first making 8/94. Damien O’Connor had a great knock, putting 27 on the board.
Mick Parker took the only two wickets against the Slammers, bowling Dylan Thrift for 16 runs and Geoff Swan for 27 while Bruce Binge remained not out 37. Unfortunately it didn’t do much to deter the Slammers who came away with a win after, making 2/97.
Jarrod McIntosh had a corker of a game, taking a hat trick against the Bouncers. Geoff Swan made 2/6 and took a catch to boot.
