The long table at the paddock-to-plate High Country Table dinner will be groaning with fresh produce including chicken from Sommerlad Poultry, eggs from Peepers Cheepers, pork from Arrajay Downs, chestnuts from Stephen and Christine Foster, preserves from Mistral Hill, pumpkins and dessert wine from Zappa’s, garlic from Dick and Dora Rochford, and blood plums from Cherrydale. Country stylist Annabelle Hickson will be providing the right ambience and another local supplier The Tenterfield Garden Shop will even be providing the country furniture and wares.
“We are really looking forward to promoting our beautiful town and local produce,” organiser Kathryn Sommerlad said.
A winter table is now being planned, given the great response.
