Discuss the draft Community Strategic Plan with councillors and senior council staff, at the Urbenville Hall from 5pm.

Touch footy grand finals

Junior grand final at 5.45pm followed by presentations and barbecue at 5.45pm. Senior grand final at 6.30pm followed by presentations and barbecue. Canteen and bar will be operating from 6pm onwards. All welcome at Federation Oval.

Torrington community forum

Quiltathon

In the Tenterfield Community College rooms at the TAFE from 8am to 10pm on Saturday and 7am to 5pm on Sunday. Any help from community members appreciated. 

Campdraft POSTPONED

Tenterfield Show Society’s annual campdraft which was to be on at the showgrounds this weekend has been postponed due to the wet weather.

It will now be run on the weekend of April 1 and 2, with the Tenterfield Pony Club holding a sporting day on the Sunday on the lower ring.

Deepwater one-man show

The Fall of the Roman Umpire is on at the The Deepwater School of Arts. Performed by actor Dennis Coard (star of Home and Away), the play is an autobiographical piece. 

Tickets are $35 including the show and supper provided by Deepwater Red Cross, with the bar operating. Doors open at 6.30pm with the performance kicking off at 8pm and supper will be provided by the wonderful ladies from the Deepwater Red Cross. 

Tickets can be purchased at Carelle's Young World Glen Innes, Deepwater Post Office and Simply Country in Tenterfield.
