We recently went on a trip to India and we were amazed at the difference between our culture and theirs. As soon as we stepped off the airplane it hit us just how blessed we are in Australia.

There were many amazing sites and things that we saw. One thing was their love for motorbikes. It was nothing to see a whole family on one bike, dad, mum and three children. What they carried on those bikes amazed me. One time there was a bike with a double mattress on the back of it, another time there was a bike with a huge flat screen television, another time there was one with four or five drums of petrol on it and one time there was a sheet of plywood.
One thing hit me was that these bikes could hold so much more then we ever imagined. They were made for more.
So often in life we are content just to be mediocre. We settle for just existing when in fact we were made for so much more. The same God who made the universe and the galaxy's decided to created you.
You were made for so much more. Look at what you are passionate about. If it is painting or gardening or looking after little ones or teaching or fishing, it can all be used to makes you into someone great who can bless others. We were not made to settle for life or live a defeated life but instead we were made for so much more. To live a life of happiness, contentment and victory is all available to us.
You were created to be a remarkable person. So think big, live big and never settle for a life where you don't shine.
So many people live their lives thinking they will never be great or special or be able to make a difference in the world that they live in. However God's word teaches us that everyone of us were made for greatness. When we believe the truth that we are remarkable, that we were made for a greater purpose it changes how we see ourselves. We have within us the potential for greatness and ultimately the potential to impact the world. Remember this week that you were created for so much more. So step out and excel at being the best version of yourself you can be. Stand out and be remarkable. Dr Seuss says,"why try to fit in when you were made to stand out."
The Bible says, You know me inside and out, you know every bone in my body; You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit, how I was sculpted from nothing into something (Psalm 139:15 Msg).
