Based at “Yarramac”, Scone, Jim MacCallum said the Manali Stud used unique genetics from the Coleman Limousin Ranch in Montana USA, as well as the Hager Cattle Company, North Dakota.
“These genetics have been sourced through several trips to the USA to see the cattle running on theses ranches in the flesh,” he said. “And sourced due to their soundness and suitability for the Australian Cattle Market and Australian climate conditions.
“One of our most recent and notable highlights has been to purchase a property on King Island, and all our breeding herd have been relocated to this remarkable Island in the Bass Strait.”
Mr MacCallum said Manali bloodlines consistently topped sales on Auctions plus and at various saleyards and have sired champion steers at all major hoof and hook competitions on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia.
The Manali Limousin and Lim-Flex Stud, will host a bull sale at 1pm, Friday, July 28 at “Yarramac”, Scone.
