“It's to make sure the machine we sell you is the right one for your enterprise,” he said.
“The products we sell, we back – they are quality products.”
Since 2007, rather than fixing problems, QMA is driven to solutions such as programmed maintenance to help eliminate frustrating breakdowns.
Based at Nobby, Queensland, Queensland Machinery Agency supplies new and used machinery to the agricultural sector, sells spare parts and provides in-field service and maintenance.
Mr Coughran said the business first started to fill a void in the industry, focusing on good service and after sales back-up and support.
Some of the top products Queensland Machinery Agency sells include Seko horizontal feed mixers, Supreme vertical feed mixers, Thomas rollermills, GT grain dryers and diesel conversion kits and Axon manure spreaders.
Mr Coughran said they would have a GT grain dryer, a GT diesel conversion kit and a Seko feed mixer on display at AgQuip this year.
“Exciting times are ahead with the ag and cattle industries on the up,” he said. “It’s about time our hard working customers get a good run.”
QMA will be at site Q24 again this year.
