Voters have until 8pm on Friday to ensure they are enrolled correctly to vote in the New England by-election on December 2.
The Australian Electoral Commission released a statement last Friday after the by-election was called, which said all residents in the Division of New England can check if they are correctly enrolled to vote by going to www.aec.gov.au.
The AEC website allows people to check their enrollment details, enroll to vote or update their enrollment via a desktop or mobile device.
Alternatively, enrollment application forms are available at any AEC office or Australia Post outlet.
All Australian citizens aged 18 years and over living in the Division of New England are required by law to enroll and vote in the by-election.
Seventeen year-old Australians who live in New England and turn 18 on or before December 2 can enroll now and vote in the New England by-election.
All the candidates will be known next week, when the nominations are declared at midday on Friday, November 10.
Early voting centres will open from Tuesday, November 14, for voters who are unable to vote on Saturday, December 2.
