Three Tenterfield representatives, Erin Crotty, Kate Lee and Dina Pelusi, accompanied by their teachers Jude and Stacey Hayne, travelled to Homebush in Sydney to compete against over 100 girls in each respective age group at the State Sports Centre.
Lee danced beautifully in her heat.
Pelusi also performed beautifully, earning herself a part in the semi-finals.
And Crotty danced wonderfully, making the national finals.
Crotty will compete at the Opera House Concert Hall on December 13.
The Tenterfield Physical Culture Club said it was an amazing achievement.
It means that Crotty is in the top 30 competitors of her age group in the country, the club said.
“We would like to congratulate Erin for her hard work and dedication and wish her all the best for her performance at the prestigious Opera House,” the club said
“Erin will be accompanied to the Opera House by her teacher Stacey Hayne, who represented Sunnybank and also had an amazing performance at Homebush, making the top fifteen girls of her age group as well.
“We wish Stacey the best of luck.”
This weekend four junior Tenterfield Physie members, Addison Gibbins, Audrey Kelly, Lara Condrick and Abbey Holley, will travel to Homebush and compete in the junior national finals.
“We wish all of these girls the best of luck for this competition,” the club said.
