About Our Client
Our client are in the manufacturing space and work with some of Perth's leading mining clients. They boast beautiful offices that have recently been renovated offering open plan and collaborative modern work spaces.
Job Description
The key fundamentals of this role will be project focused and working through the crucks of those key deliverables as priority, before expanding in scope once these have been ticked off. Key deliverables are listed below, yet are not limited to the following:
- Updating work orders, reviewing invoices and liaising with clients and vendors
- Supporting with reconciliations and liaising with the accounts team
- Liaising with the client on urgent needs and inputting this information into the system
- Communicating work flow to engineering team and listing what is priority
- Checking information in the system is correct and accurate before sending to the client
- Ordering stationary for the office, as well as managing the kitchen supplies
- Assisting with any procurement of uniforms for the team
- Starting an e-filing project and getting all outstanding documents scanned and into the system
- Setting up meeting rooms for clients, and dressing down after meeting has been completed
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role you will meet the following criteria;
- Ready for an immediate start
- Corporately presented with professional grooming standards
- 3-4 years administration experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite Experience, including Excel and data entry and input
- Keen and enthusiastic attitude, willing to go above and beyond
- Reliable and honest with a strong work ethic
