About the role
The General Manager Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) reports to the Chief People & Transformation Officer and leads a dedicated team of practitioners to own, evolve and drive GrainCorp’s SHE strategy through consultative partnering, powerful communication and leading practice.
Your mandate will be to build upon the Group’s established SHEQ management system and to further embed and evolve the system through behavioural-based initiatives and interventions that increase measurable adoption at all levels and across all jurisdictions in which we operate.
This is a high-profile position with significant scope, influence and autonomy to deliver positive and lasting high-impact initiatives across the GrainCorp portfolio.
In return, a highly competitive remuneration package is on offer commensurate with experience, capability and potential. Domestic relocation assistance is also available, if required.
