Full job description
  • Hybrid work model
  • 6 weeks annual leave, and subsidised private health insurance
  • Shifts from 10:30am-6:30pm from Mon-Thu and 10:00am-6:00pm on Fridays 

How will I help?

Our Membership Services (contact centre) team are our brand ambassadors, connecting with and giving the very best service to our loyal members. Every day will be different, but you’ll make a difference by:

  • Being the first to solve our members’ enquiries and/or concerns
  • Sharing your know-how of our products and services
  • Helping our members get the most out of their membership, making changes if requested 
  • Understanding and following our policies and procedures.

What do I need?

This can sometimes be a demanding and busy role, which means you’ll definitely need:

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • The ability to work across multiple systems
  • Willingness to learn, and ability to meet output and quality KPl’s and competencies.
  • It’ll also be an advantage if you have:
  • Insurance knowledge and/or experience in complex customer-focused roles
  • Experience taking calls in a busy contact centre environment.
