They provide first class outsourced IT services that are tailored specifically to their clients needs.

Job Description

Field Duties

Perform regular and ad-hoc system administration services
* Provide remote and onsite support
* Perform proactive and reactive tasks for monitored environments
* Ensure all sites achieve an overall monthly health check score of 90% within 3 months of onboarding
* Update documentation regularly
* Assist service desk with enquiries and escalations from your primary sites
* Assist with client design and implementation of solutions
* Work with the client services team to ensure all client requests are actioned within contracted SLA's
* Provide our clients with quality customer service that works in line with the company's core goals and values
* Maintain an average SmileBack rating of 90% or higherAdditional Duties

Assist the Solutions team with project implementations
* Assist the Solutions team with onboarding new clients
* Attend pre-sales meetings and assist with the creation of bill of materials/scope of works documents
* Assist with research and development activities
* Assist the Service Delivery Team with day to day general administration duties
* Stay up to date with technology advancements and technologies we maintain for our customers
* Complete internal tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

Essential Criteria:

Strong client focus and excellent customer service skills
* Excellent problem resolution skills
* 3+ year's experience in a technical position working with Microsoft Server Technologies and business grade networking solutions
* Technical certifications such as (TAFE, Microsoft, Cisco)
* Excellent Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and client-care
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Drivers license and full time access to a motor vehicle
