The construction company will compliment and complete the already established Development arm, specialising in all aspects of building construction including multi-residential, commercial, industrial and long-term care and maintenance.

About the role
The Knox Group has an opportunity for a Project Construction Manager with multi-disciplined experience in both commercial and residential building to come on board and head the Construction arm of our project portfolio.
Our current project portfolio varies from $500,000.00 fit outs to $10+ million new construction projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the work and performance of all labour, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve quality outcomes.
Travel will be required to various sites across regional NSW.
You will monitor and drive construction progress to program and in line with drawings, specifications and health, safety, environment and quality requirements.
With safety our highest priority, you will play a primary role in championing a safe working environment and ensure superior delivery of our projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need
- Qualifications in building and construction whether it be tertiary, trade or degree;
- Full Building Licence essential;
- Demonstrated industry experience of at least 15 years as a Project Manager / Construction Manager/ Building Foreman or Site Manager;
- People and performance management skills of labour, subcontractors and suppliers to drive high performing teams;
- Proven ability to motivate and a team player while being self-sufficient.
