Your new role
As a site supervisor, your role will include

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders throughout
• Supervising asphalt installation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Carry out site inspections to ensure work meets requisite standards

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this key role, you will need to have several years experience with a similar role, as well as

• A history of maintaining high HSEQ standards
• Ability to foster a positive team environment and culture
• Ability to organise mobilisation of personnel, equipment and product to site
