Your new role
An opportunity for an experienced Project Manager has arisen to join this team and play a key role in the company's continued growth. You will have exceptional communication and technical skills with the ability to develop high quality projects within a strict timeframe and financial budget. You will demonstrate strong relationship building skills and have the ability to develop strong rapport with subcontractors. You will also be responsible for ensuring all OH&S standards are met.

What you'll need to succeed

• Formal qualifications in Building, Construction, Engineering or a Property/ Project management-based diploma or higher.
• Sound experience within construction Industry- preferably in the commercial, fit out and refurbishment sector
• Working experience in MS project, Excel and Word are essential
• Experience in PowerPoint and Buildlogic (or similar) desirable
• Significant knowledge in the use and management of industry-based contracts and subcontracts.
• Sound knowledge of project techniques, value management and quality assurance, procurement methodologies, project organisation and communication.
• Proven Track record of identifying customer need and providing quality customer service.
