An Exiting AI start up, focusing on providing an all-in-one platform by combining insightful reporting, fast cash flow forecasting and actionable financial insights into one refreshingly easy business management solution
Identify external talent (both passive and active) using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter and/or niche platforms, like Github)
Develop innovative sourcing and advertising channels and craft email approaches.
Identify, engage, assess, shortlist and pre-screen candidates to put forward to the TA Partners.
Build brand awareness by maintaining regular communication and alerting the Talent Pool about new opportunities
Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is Up To Date and maintained and export reports to create a sourcing dashboard to track progress
Maintain knowledge of market trends
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience as a Sourcing Specialist, or similar role
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiter, social networks, professional sites and resume databases
Bachelor's degree in related field (highly regarded)
Experience in sourcing technical roles (highly regarded)
