She said she followed the supplied recipe for the chocolate beetroot cake ‘to a T’, and carefully followed the steward’s instructions.
Pauline had one test run before the big bake, but said she’ll definitely be making the cake again.
“It tasted nice,” she said.
“It’s got a great earthy taste which I really like.”
