Deepwater one-man show
The Fall of the Roman Umpire is on at the The Deepwater School of Arts. Tickets are $35 including the show and supper, with the bar operating. Tickets can be purchased at Deepwater Post Office and Simply Country.
Calling all Catholics
Starting at 4pm the Catholic community of St Mary's Tenterfield will hold 25 hours of Adoration of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the Most Blessed Sacrament exposed. Come at any time, ending with Benediction at 5pm on Saturday. The parish priest will be in the confessional for a total of 10 hours (Friday 4.10-8pm, Saturday 9.45am-midday and 1-4pm).

Lunatic Festival
Annual Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter fundraiser at the Lunatic Hotel in Drake. Activities for the whole family include the Bushman’s Challenge, Tug-o-war, casting competition, Weet-bix eating races and more. Easter egg hunt for the littles, prizes for best dress-up, lots to eat and drink (free sausage sizzle for competitors from 10-11am) and live entertainment with The Sultans from 7pm. Day’s activities start at 10am.

Tenterfield Art Prize street party
This years the Tenterfield Art Prize exhibition opening is a street party happening in High Street at Commercial Boutique Hotel Corner from 7pm. (The street will be closed from 6.30pm). Council’s sculpture acquisition award and other prize winners will be announced after 8pm. There will be an outdoor screening of artworks, film clips and music videos, plus barbecues, buskers and a photo booth. Commercial Boutique Hotel will be operating a street side bar (at the old horse trough).
