The much-anticipated announcement saw the muster team declare Australia’s largest party on the plains will be partying like it’s 1999 from September 29.
Muster favourites Lee Kernaghan, The McClymonts and Shannon Noll are back, as are Sunny Cowgirls, Beccy Cole, James Blundell and Brewn and The Wolfe Brothers.
Sara Storer will take the stage, as will ex-McAlister Kemp mainstay Drew McAlister, Hurricane Fall and Jetty Road. Adam Eckersley Band, Davidson Brothers and Caitlyn Shadbolt round out the on-stage entertainment over the weekend.
More than 18,000 people are expected to arrive in the southern Riverina town for the festival, with the first campers pulling into Deniliquin up to two weeks before the gates open.
The home-grown line-up comes after years of international artists such as Keith Urban, Gary Allan, Alan Jackson and Kelly Clarkson headlining the October long weekend festival.
However, the loss of an international artist from the line-up has been met with mixed reviews on social media.
The two-day pass to the event will set adults back $249 and $125 for those aged between 13 and 17.
That hasn’t dampened sales, however, with two campgrounds already sold out.
