Talk about ‘In the Pink’! Fifty ladies joined in a good cause at Woodenbong, greeted by a beautifully decorated pink-themed Woodenbong Golf Club for the local ‘Girls Night In’ on October 18.

Starting at 6pm with Nibblies and at 7pm a 2 course Smorgasbord meal were enjoyed while a wonderfully relaxing and convivial atmosphere prevailed. A Lucky Door prize of a Floral Arrangement and raffles galore, all donated by generous donors and cash contributions resulted in an amazing sub-total of $1,000 and still counting, as donations are still being accepted, all being raised to support Cancer Council.
The ‘Aussie Cuppa Group’ wishes to thank the Woodenbong Golf Club for the use of their venue and for decorating, volunteer bar staff and caterer and everyone who contributed in any way to make this the special night that it was, and it was gratifying to see so many ladies enjoying the evening yet at the same time supporting such a worthy cause that is very close to our hearts.
