Earlier this month he opted for a more formal approach in a long-skirted ensemble for the day’s drive on Thursday, October 12, without toning down the hue.
In the process Grahame raised $4000 for IGA Inverell's Big Morning Tea, with major donations coming from Townes Contracting, Grant Townes Haulage, Peepers Cheepers, IGA Guyra, Foodworks Deepwater, Tenterfield Fuel, Target Tenterfield, Thrifty Link Tenterfield, Tenterfield Golf Club, CRT, Sexton and Green and a host of individual contributors.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month provides an opportunity to focus on its impact on those affected by the disease in our community.
Twelve months ago, Grahame raised close to $1600 for the cause in his attention-getting get-up, before returning to the regular hi-vis attire. We all look forward to next year’s ensemble.
