The show ball came early this time round, in the run-up to the milestone announcement at February’s show of Miss Showgirl 2018, with Emily Henderson and Keely Mooney in the running.
Showing them how it’s done were veteran Tenterfield Miss Showgirls Lynn Faulkener (nee Willcocks) 1979, Jenny Shearman (nee Willcocks) 1982, Kristy Morrison (nee Fone) 1998, Mellissa Ware 2012, Liz Duff (nee Jarvis) 2014, Annabelle Overell 2015, Amy Henderson 2016 and Ellie Griffiths 2017.
The 2018 addition to the lineup will be announced at the Tenterfield Show which next year runs over three days – February 9, 10 and 11 – to accommodate the National Australian Chainsaw Racing Titles which are expected to draw a big crowd.
