From 7pm on January 20 the company owned by Dean and Michelle Mullgian which specialises in breeding rodeo bulls will get the action underway.

With bulls like Six Barrel, Power and Glory, Ugly Kid Joe and Cut Me Loose – a bull who has never been ridden at any level of competition in Australia – this stand out event will have the crowd on the edge of their seats for the whole night.

Prizemoney of $3000  for the Open Bull ride and $1000 for the Novice Bull ride will attract  the best bull riders  through out northern NSW and southern Queensland.

As an added attraction for the kids, there will be mini bucking ponies, for 9 to 15-year-olds.

The event will be  broken up into two age groups and with $500 up for grabs, this is a first for the New England area

“With interest growing in the event, the ponies have become a feature at the -U- Rodeo Company events,” said Dean Mulligan.

There will be free camping, a full Bar, food, live music from Amanda Faulkner, Tammy Chard and Ian Henery all singing on stage just across from the Bull Ride.

This night will be one for everyone to mark on their event calendar.

Gates open 3pm with Live Singers and Full out door bar  leading up to and during  the event.

Admission is $20 for adults and $10 for under 16s.
