The virtual reality system offers a variety of experiences at the click of a button, and some of them are even educational. You can tour the international space station, check out Stonehenge, explore canine anatomy or climb Mt Everest, all from the comfort of the TAFE lounge.
In addition to the virtual reality experience and the free sausage sizzle, some visitors came to check out the courses starting soon.
Customer service officer Sharon Tierney said staff had seen steady traffic through the campus as the week unfolded, and there was a good roll-up to the pop-up stand in Rouse St on the Tuesday. A second pop-up stand outside Coles was planned for Thursday.
Ms Tierney said the feedback received had been very positive.
