MP Thomas George is encouraging reserve trust managers to apply for a slice of the $17 million that’s now been made available through the 2018/19 round of the Public Reserves Management Fund (PRMF) program.

“The PRMF program provides support for trust managers throughout NSW to maintain, protect and improve our Crown reserves for the benefit of the entire community,” Mr George said.
“Crown reserves include local parks, community halls, regional showgrounds and holiday parks – all vital to the cultural, sporting, economic and recreational life of communities across NSW.
“Funding is available to support a wide range of activities, including repairs and maintenance, pest and weed control, new recreational infrastructure, and environmental initiatives.
“The NSW Government is supporting the growth of regional economies and helping communities preserve its natural environment, and protect our important public assets.
Mr George said the government is looking for projects state that will deliver a real benefit to local communities.
