Chamber president Vince Sherry said the gathering is a good opportunity of local businesses to see what the chamber is up to, with the capacity to join up on the night.
The committee will addressing various projects including a Why Leave Town update, and the upcoming inaugural Peter Allen Festival with festival coordinators now appointed.
A series of chamber workshops will be rolled out over the year, starting off with an introduction to social media marketing on April 8.
Businesses will also receive an updated on the Tenterfield True campaign and how to get their own business engaged with the project.
Mr Sherry said the committee will also be discussing a television and radio advertising campaign – in partnership with Tenterfield Shire Council – to lure Commonwealth Games visitors to our district.
The chamber is hoping to take advantage of the tourist population explosion associated with the games, suggesting a break from the Gold Coast or perhaps tacking a few days onto their stay in order to explore the highlands.
There will also be time set aside to answer any queries participants may have on any of the chamber activities.
