It seems to be the only thing people are talking about in the street – the plight of Barnaby Joyce as his lover expects his baby.
He is not deputising for Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull in Mr Turnbull’s absence next week. Instead, he is taking a week off. The opposition scents blood and wants a resignation.
And Mr Turnbull suggested that ministers should be barred from having sex with their staff, a prohibition which might be hard to enforce and which history might suggest goes against the natural way of things down the centuries.
