The visiting team lost 32-4 and, despite not coming away with two points, Tenterfield coach Wayne Minns said there were positives against a classy Uralla outfit.
“They held their own,” he said.
“They set themselves a goal and exceeded in that – they didn't want Uralla to put more than 40 on them so that was good.”
This Saturday’s opponents in the Super Spudettes haven’t posted a win since the two sides collided in round one.
Guyra’s most recent defeat came at the hands of Warialda – 34-14 – who the Tigerettes beat in round five.

Minns believes his squad have experienced a vast improvement since the opening fixture against the Super Spuds and will head to Guyra with their sights set on securing a win.
“Round one was our first game together and we have had quite a few games together now and we are looking forward to the match,” he said.
“We will be down a few players for the weekend but we will manage.
“Just to go out there and play as pretty well as they did last week.
“They are starting to show they are not the easy beats of the competition.”
