Deepwater Public School had a festival of reading on Wednesday, coinciding with “National Simultaneous Storytime”, the campaign to get kids enthused by books, electronic and paper.

Adults went in and talked about their favourite books and why they liked them, and about how useful reading was.
Kids dressed in costumes from the books they liked.
The main book chosen by the campaign was “Hickory Dickory Dash” which is all about a mouse family worried about a cat.
