Ballandean-based chefs Travis Crane and Arabella Chambers treated diners to canapes by the fire as the sun went down before moving the party inside to feast on the best produce of Tenterfield and surrounds.
The courses were paired with selections from Tobin Wines, all enjoyed with entertainment by local pianist Grant Ovenden.
