No better time for a spring clean so the Tenterfield Men’s Shed took part in the national Garage Sale Trail on Saturday, October 20. It presented a great opportunity to check out the members’ craft creations both wood and metal.
Shed members, who include a strong contingent of women, had also secured a supply of bolts of fabric which they were offering for sale.
Many of those who visited the shed also swung by the Tenterfield Farmers and Producers Market to enjoy the expanding range of food and non-food items there.
The improved growing conditions were evident at the market with stallholders returning with fresh produce, complementing the wide variety of other goods on offer.
