Tenterfield’s Australia Day events start with a Lions Club breakfast and music on the deck of the memorial hall with the Granite Belt Community Band. This is followed by the civic welcome and Australia Day awards ceremony. The events are free, so come along.

ARCHERS OPEN DAYS
Tenterfield Traditional Archers are hosting open days on February 3 and 16 for newcomers to have a go at archery and see if they enjoy it. There will be experts on hand to provide guidance, and all necessary equipment is provided. The open days are at the club grounds in Dam Lane (turn left at Ottobeuren Park) from 9am. $5 donation for the use of the equipment. Contact Bob Rogan on 0412 261 593 for more information.

BAVARIAN MUSIC FESTIVAL AND BEERFEST
Rotary Club of Tenterfield Tenterfield's 10th Biennial Bavarian Music Festival & Beerfest 2019 includes a range of events, including a mini-concert at Ballandean Estate on March 6 at 12.30pm, a civic welcome and band performance at Bruxner Park at 11am on March 7 and a brass band concert on the same day at the School of Arts at 7.30pm, open garden, a March 9 lunch at Tenterfield Transport Museum, music and markets at Bruxner Park on March 9, and the Bavarian Beerfest at the Memorial Hall from 5pm to midnight on March 9. TENTERFIELD MEN’S SHED
