Brett's beard was coloured a lovely shade of mauve ahead of his facial unveiling, with punters queing up for the privilege of a snip.
After putting in an appearance at an art exhibition opening earlier in the evening, Sarah Caldwell slipped around to the pub to lend her support, turning her blonde locks purple to generate some more funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.
Perennial auctioneer Steve Alford also contributed his skills, taking bids on a load of firewood to add to the tally.
Ultimately $2073 was raised for the cause, and a good night was had by all.
