The club voted to support the 60 day usage plan which has been on trial by the RMS far the past two years. We also elected to buy a brake testing machine to make the work of our examiners Ken and Don more effective.
There will be no ladies luncheon this month but members were invited to attend Stanthorpe's Rock Up car day on May 26.

After the meeting 22 members in 10 cars drove to Glen Innes for an excellent lunch at the RSL Club joining in comfortably with the Standing Stones Celtic Festival.
Our next run will be on June 3 to the Wallangarra Market day. Until then enjoy your classic motoring.

CAR OF THE MONTH
MODEL : 1962 Morris Mini 850 1a
OWNERS: David Turner and Sandra Bush
HISTORY: This car was originally sold in Glen Innes being the first Mini in the area. It has remained there all its life and David and Sandra are only the third owners.
It was originally green but is now red and white and the motor was restored by local mini expert Ron Williams.
