The kids may be heading back to school for Term 3 but a bunch of them (and some mums and dads) enjoyed a free movie at Tenterfield Cinema during the school holidays, thanks to a Subaru ticket giveaway supported by local dealer Sexton and Green.

The dealership's Libby Melling said a great crowd turned up to the Thursday screening of The Secret Life of Pets 2, putting cinema volunteers under pressure so she hopped behind the counter to give them a hand.
The cinema was full but a lucky 50 were there courtesy of Subaru and Sexton and Green. Libby said people had been encouraged to drop into the dealership to collect the free tickets and they were all gone in a week, about a week out from the screening.
"We did get some lovely 'thank yous' from parents and children who benefited from the free passes," Libby reported.
"And in our town and community people are doing it tough, so it was nice to be able to give back to the community that supports us."
Any kids with a hankering for more Secret Life of Pets just have to talk mum or dad into taking a test drive of a Subaru down at Sexton and Green. Then they can be in the draw for a trip to Universal Studio Hollywood to experience The Secret Life Of Pets: Off the Leash!, a new ride coming next year.
Failing that, you can catch The Secret Life of Pets 2 at the Tenterfield Cinema this Saturday night, starting at 7pm. For the non-school-goers, the final screening of the popular movie is next Tuesday at 10.30am.
