After many hours of baking and icing on behalf of Tenterfield Veterinary Clinic staff (not including vet Luke Annetts, who barely knows where his oven is and so donated ingredients instead), RSPCA Cup Cake Day is being celebrated in fine form today, Monday, at the clinic.

The 180 items freshly-baked items include cookie packs and chocolate crackles as well as stunningly-decorated cupcakes, so indulge before they're all sold.

The cupcake inventory includes mouthwatering treats like Red Velvet, White Chocolate and Raspberry, Chocolate and Raspberry, Salted Caramel, Vanilla, Chocolate and gluten-free Chocolate, Orange, Choc Orange, Lemon, Death By Chocolate and Blueberry Muffins.
They're $3 each or four for $10.
Bakers for the fundraising initiative were Bella Hamilton, Ashley Johnston, Lucinda Colley and Kate Wilson, along with 'clinic mum' Sue Hamilton.
Clinic staff choose a fundraising activity each year and this year it's the RSPCA Cupcake Day. The last time they ran one was two years ago, raising $350.
"Hopefully we'll raise more this year," Bella said.
