The under-15 side booked their spot in the decider after recording a whopping 40-nil win in the major semi-final against Stanthorpe on August 31.
Should they win, it will be the second Warwick and district premiership on the trot for the side who took out last year's under-14 decider with a 36-nil over Collegians.
The preliminary final to determine who the Tenterfield team will play in the decider was postponed due to the bushfires in the area.
The MIT Jets faced Stanthorpe on Tuesday night, after the Tenterfield Star went to press, for the final decider spot.
The Wayne Minns-coached Tenterfield side went through the regular season undefeated to finish at the top of the ladder.
The grand final is set to be played at Stanthorpe at 1.10pm.
Entry is $5 with players and children free.
In other Tigers news, Kev Mooney was named this year's Warwick and District Junior Rugby League volunteer of the year.
