In reply Glen Innes were 6-146 at the end of their 40 overs, with Hayley Carpenter taking two wickets, and Renee Jenkins, Amelia Wishart and Ella Wishart one wicket each.

Many thanks to Jim Bennett and Darrell Pacey who volunteered their time to umpire the game and Terry Kneipp for his dedicated scoring.
The Tenterfield girls should be commended for their great team spirit and sportsmanship.
The girls now progress to round two in the northwest high school girls knockout cricket competition to play a team and venue yet to be decided.
