The Hub is hosting four weeks of mood journaling workshops continuing on Tuesdays October 22 and 29, and people can join in as many as they wish. The workshops support participants to track their activities and their moods, in an effort to determine what triggers positive and negative mental states. The workshops are free, thanks to funding from the Tenterfield Bowling Club, and are part of a raft of activities scheduled for October Mental Health Month. There's Lunch & Learn from 11am to 2pm this Friday, October 18 with drumming, talks on health, well-being, mindfulness and guest speakers, with a light lunch will be provided.
