Tenterfield Physie Club has had a busy season perfecting routines and dance skills around the region with some impressive results across the various age groups.

In August, the Club competed at an Interclub hosted by Sunnybank, Queenland and another hosted by Summerland, Casino in preparation for the Far North Coast Zone Championships.
The senior zone championships were held in Coffs Harbour in September.
This event was huge and attracted numbers of more than 70 ladies in the novice section.
Penny Robertson and Cody Dorward performed strongly in their heat.
Jess Cowin made it to the semi-finals round in the under 33s section while Kerryn Gutmanis danced her way to the final 13 woman in the over 50s section.
Erin Crotty placed third, Jemma Sutcliffe third and Jessica Gutmanis fourth in their respective sections.
Teacher Jude Jayne said the competition is getting harder every year and everyone is striving to be the best they can.
It's a huge achievement for the Tenterfield Club to receive results at this high standard competition which incorporates 24 clubs including Moree, Port Macquarie Muswellbrook, Taree, Armidale, Tamworth Bonny Hills.
On the weekend of October 19 and 20, the Junior Far North Coast Zone Championships were held in Grafton.
Clubs including Casino, Summerland, Coffs Coast, Ballina, Alstonville, Grafton and Lismore City attended.
The girls battled it out trying to secure a spot in the top five places to be eligible to perform at the National Championships at Olympic Park in Sydney.

Hana Roberston and Sophie-Rose Halliday semi-finals (14 years), Oshyn five years, Lexi Kelly (six years), Angela Tomkins fourth (7 years), Charlotte Dennison (seven years), Kyla Battersby Finalist (seven years), Adelaide Gutmanis first (eight years), Felicity Piccini Semi Finalist (eight years), Charlotte Dennison (eight years), Bailee Stuart Finalist (eight years), Addison Gibbins first (nine years), Claire Vasta Semi Finalist (nine years), Audrey Kelly third (10 years), Jasmine Stuart Semi Finalist (10 years), Jayda Hill 4th (11 years), Lara Condrick 5th (11 years), Amelia Robertson Semi Finalist (11 years), Eva Frith Semi Finalist (11 years), Macey Battersby (11 years), Lucy Everett Semi Finalist (11 years).
The 10 to 11 year old girls also danced in the team event and received third place alongside Grafton.
This was a joy to watch.
All girls showed sportsmanship as they watched each other perform.
There were tears of joy and lots of hugs as the girls completed their routines.
There are six National Representatives from Tenterfield Physie that will now battle it out at Homebush in Sydney for the Title of National Champion at the end of November.
