Rotary hosted its annual Halloween party in the safe confines of Tenterfield Memorial Hall on the day itself.
For those who didn't get enough scares, the regular neighbourhood Halloween jaunt coordinated in Wallangarra by Jo Serafim has evolved into a huge affair this year at Wallangarra Hall, which was dressed up in ghoulish delight on the Friday night.
Families could pick between that event and an outdoor screening of the Peter Rabbit movie at The Sir Henry Parkes Memorial Public School, with rabbit ears aplenty, so there was plenty on for local families.
